The meaning of yellow

Some people say that yellow is the colour of sunshine, happiness and hope. This could well be one of the reasons why the UK Cystic Fibrosis Trust chose “Wear Yellow Day” to round off Cystic Fibrosis Week 2018. Whatever the reason, Friday 22nd June certainly lived up to this meaning.

Over lunch time, everybody at Neem Biotech converged on the canteen to test their CF knowledge, trial the range of yellow food on offer and generally stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who live with and work with cystic fibrosis in South Wales and the UK more broadly. Blue skies and wall-to-wall sunshine definitely added to the festive feeling.

This spontaneous celebration of Neem’s work to beat chronic lung infections in cystic fibrosis raised almost £250.

A huge thank you everyone who organised, joined in and donated so generously to the work of the UK Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
